Recruitment: Candidate Unsubscription from Your Newsletters

A new checkbox option is available for each candidate: "Does not wish to receive marketing emails."

Once checked, this box prevents a candidate from receiving an email during a mass mailing.

This box can be manually checked by you or automatically if you have set up an unsubscription link in your newsletters.

Below is an example of a candidate who has checked the box and thus indicated they no longer wish to receive your newsletters.

If you send a mass email and select multiple candidates at once, Nicoka will indicate which candidates will not receive the email because they have unsubscribed.

Here Lucas George appears in red, and a message indicates "Warning! The following candidates have unsubscribed from mass mailings; they will not receive your email: Lucas George."

To integrate this subscription management into your emails, a new element in the email templates has been made available.

In the Candidate category, you now have access to the "Link to unsubscribe from newsletters" element.

By adding it to your emails, recipients can click the link if they no longer wish to receive your emails.

Here is an example of an email that candidates will receive.

If the candidate clicks on the unsubscription link, they unsubscribe and have the option to resubscribe in case of error.

Recruitment: Exclusion of a Candidate from Recruitment Processes

If one of your candidates has the excluded status in your CV database for various reasons, they are now highlighted in red if they have been sourced for a position or mission.

John Doe has the excluded status.

John Doe was sourced for the "Recruitment Officer" position. With his status being "Excluded," he now appears in red to alert you.
