Employees: Management of staff delegations and disciplinary measures
You can now manage staff delegations and disciplinary measures for your employees within Nicoka.
These 2 new sub-menus are accessible in each of your employees' profiles.
In each sub-menu, you can add a mandate or a disciplinary measure.
For example, we are adding here a staff delegate mandate for a period of 1 year to employee Tony Stark.
Once this mandate is added, you will find it in the Mandates sub-menu of the employee.
The process is identical for disciplinary measures.
For these two new features, you can define the types in the Resources module of your Nicoka space.
Here are the types of staff delegation offered by default by Nicoka: staff delegate, union delegate, works council member, health and safety committee member, and CSE and CSSCT member.
You can add new types by clicking on "Create a new type".
Here are the types of sanctions offered by default by Nicoka: Other, Written Warning, Verbal Warning, Dismissal, Precautionary Suspension, Disciplinary Suspension.
You can add new types by clicking on "Create a new type of sanction".
