Interview with Mélody & Adrien
In October, we presented them through a carousel in aLinkedIn Postour two new team members, Adrien & Mélody, who joined Nicoka in September as Business Analysts.

Mélody & Adrien, where are you from?
Mélody:"I am from Brittany, near Plancoët, not far from St-Malo."
Adrien:"I am from the Paris region, specifically from Val d'Oise."
Tell us, how did you come to join Nicoka?
Mélody:"I was looking for a company to complete my second year of my Master's and found Nicoka's offer on LinkedIn. I was quickly accepted to join the team."
Adrien:"Like Mélody, I saw the offer on LinkedIn, I directly contacted Rayhana Vilain, we arranged an interview, and everything quickly fell into place."
What position do you hold?
Together:"We both hold the same position as Business Analysts on an alternating schedule."
What degree are you pursuing and at which school?
Mélody:"I am pursuing a Master's in Commercial Management & Business Strategy at Ecofac, a business school in Beaucouzé."
Adrien:"I am pursuing an MBA (Master of Business Administration) in International Business Management at MBway."
What do you enjoy about your work?
Mélody:"What I really appreciate in my work is the ability to collaborate with clients from start to finish, providing personalized follow-up. Since clients have different requests and needs, it makes my job very appealing, and I never get bored."
Adrien:"What I enjoy about my work is being able to interact with clients and assist them in their need for ATS solutions, helping them streamline their activities and watching them grow over time."
What projects are you working on?
Together:"We manage leads from their arrival to their integration into Nicoka; we also have a project to conduct prospecting."
How would you describe working at Nicoka?
Mélody:"At Nicoka, there is great cooperation and support among colleagues.
It's very pleasant to feel heard and to have the opportunity to be trained by our mentor Rayhana."
Adrien:"The atmosphere at Nicoka is superb! The entire team is supportive and ready to answer all of our questions."
