A Tricky Subject
Seemingly simple, implementing remote work can become a real headache for companies. How many days per month? At what point is it validated? Who validates it? How can each employee make a request?

With our new "Remote Work" module activated, you can:
- Define several locations: Client site, Office, Remote Work, Coworking, Shared Offices, etc.
- List the different agencies.
- Specify the capacity of each agency by indicating the maximum number of people allowed.
- Define approval processes (workflow) for remote work requests
- Indicate time slots. For each typical week, you can specify the number of remote work days allowed per week as well as prohibited remote work days, for example
Manager and Managed
For the Manager, it brings fluidity and peace of mind in exchanges
- All requests are centralized
- He receives requests from his teams at a chosen pace (week, month)
- He approves or declines requests and automatically sends notifications to his team
- At any time, he can see the presence or absence of his employees by location or by employee
- He can override the rule following an employee's request for a specific case
For the Employee, it simplifies their procedures.
- At the defined pace, they send their remote work requests
- They can indicate if they want recurrence or not
- They receive approval or disapproval of their requests in Nicoka
- They can see at any time what has been approved
Module Presentation
Each employee and manager has a new "My Schedule" menu displayed on their Nicoka.
Managers also have a "Presence Schedule" submenu added in the "My Team" menu.
Each employee indicates office days, remote work days, client site days, and then submits them for approval to their manager.
The employee can indicate the concept of repetition by day or week according to their agreement.
Once their schedule is filled out, they find the details of their expected presence for each work location.
The employee sends for approval every week or every 2 weeks, for example
The Manager can see the presence of their team by location or individual.
